Shipping policy

The naturaliabeauty.it site only delivers on Italian territory.
All orders are shipped via Bartolini courier.
Delivery takes place, approximately, within 2/3 working days * from the date of order confirmation.
For Sicily, Sardinia, Calabria and disadvantaged areas, evasion is normally guaranteed within 72 working hours.

You will receive an email for each step of managing your order: so you can follow the progress of your purchase until delivery.
Shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated, are added to the total cost of the order and are specified during checkout, before you complete the purchase process. The cost of shipping is 5.00 euros.
After a few failed delivery attempts, the goods remain in storage and will be collected at the courier’s warehouse.
* Orders placed before 10 am on working days are delivered to the courier for shipping the same day. Orders placed after 10 am are delivered to the courier for shipment the next working day.
